For grassroots coaches
Tap a few events. End up with a season story.
Log goals, saves, tackles and outstanding moments on the touchline. By full-time you know who made the difference. By season's end, you've got a season archive most clubs never see.

Why it works
The power isn't in the logging. It's in what comes back.
A handful of taps per match becomes the most honest picture of your season you've ever had. Open Trac on the touchline. Goal, save, tackle, outstanding moment. Three seconds per tap. By full-time you know who made the difference. By season's end you've got a 17-section archive most clubs never see.
Every leaderboard, built from the events you tap
Open the squad tab. These are the views your players, parents and assistants will actually look at.
Top Scorers
Who's putting it in the net. Goals scored across every match this season, ranked.
Top Assists
Direct assists this season. The kid who keeps creating but never gets the credit on the parent WhatsApp.
Top Pre-Assists
The pass before the pass. Key passes leading to assists. The bit only the coach usually notices.
Top Chance Creators
Highest chance creation rate. Not who got lucky on Saturday. Who consistently makes things happen.
Top Defenders
Important tackles made. The work nobody sees because it stops the goal from ever happening.
Most Influence
Impact per minute played. The kid who comes off the bench for ten minutes and changes the game still shows up here.
Player of the Match
Most POTM awards won. Vote after each game. By Christmas you've got a real ranking, not vibes.
Player of the Month
Month-by-month standouts. A real story arc across the season instead of just "who was good in May".
Minutes Played
Who's getting enough football. Who isn't. Trac quietly flags the kid who's been short on minutes before a parent has to.
Insight from a handful of taps
The line a Hessle coach said to us in May: "I only noticed all the analytics the other day. I can't believe the amount of insight you get just from tracking a few events in a game." That's the whole product in one quote.
You tap
Goal, save, tackle, outstanding moment. Three seconds per event on the touchline.
Trac computes
Influence rate, chance creation, partnerships, goal involvement. Live, no waiting.
Everyone sees
Coach, assistant, parents. Same picture, no exporting, no spreadsheets.
And it sticks
Every event archived permanently. Last season's stats are still there next August.
Every leaderboard is built live from the events you tap. No data entry, no spreadsheets.

Try it this Saturday. Free, no card.
Start freeAnd at season end, a permanent archive of all of it.
The wrap-up wizard snapshots the entire season into a 17-section archive you can present to parents, print as a keepsake, save as a PDF, or hand to an AI for awards-night captions. Every leaderboard, every outstanding moment, every fixture, frozen forever.

Pre-season
Season just ended? This is the right week to get on it.
Set up your squad, import next season's FA Full-Time fixtures the day they drop, and roll into August with the data already running. Coaches who start in pre-season have a full archive to hand parents next May.
Pre-season is the quiet month. Use it.
And the rest of the week, too
The analytics are the moat. These are the bits that get you to Saturday in one piece.
Availability without the WhatsApp scramble
Send a tap-to-confirm request to every parent at once. They reply with one tap, no account needed. You see the squad list before warmup, not during it.
Lineups and formations on a phone
Drag players onto the formation. Last-minute drop-out at 9.15? Move someone, save, post to parents. Two minutes.
Match logging that works in the rain
Tap to log a goal, a save, a tackle, an outstanding moment. Works one-handed, with gloves on, when you're standing in a downpour at the back pitch.
AI match reports parents will read
Full-time whistle to published report in under a minute. Names every kid who played. Reads like it was written by you, not a robot.

AI match reports
From your taps to a published match report. In under a minute.
You tap the events on the touchline. Goals, saves, the moment Lola dribbled past three defenders to set up the equaliser. After full-time, you tap one button.
What you get back is a match report that names every kid, reflects the actual score, and reads like a coach wrote it. Not a generic AI blurb. A real report you can send to parents and the league without rewriting.
One coach last season ran a U10 match with 11 goals across 60 minutes. Eleven taps, one button, full report in his pocket by the time he was back in the car park.

From the founder
I'm Adam. I coached the team in the screenshots.
I'm a dev and a grassroots manager. I'm based in Willerby just outside Hull. Last season, on my previous team Springhead U12 Spartans, I ran Trac as a full BETA. Every fixture, every training session, every event. The data didn't just record the year, it changed the way I coached.
Who plays where. Who plays well with whom. Who needs credit. Who needs a kick up the arse. By May we'd won promotion and the season archive was sat on the laptop at presentation night. And I'm opening it up for the rest of you.
One more thing. This is grassroots. The core app is free, forever. Premium is a one-off payment if you want the AI reports and full analytics. If even that's too much, drop me a message and I'll comp it. And if free does the job for you and you just want to say cheers, drop me £5 to buy me a new whistle.
What coaches say
Real feedback from coaches who've run a season on Trac.
“First impressions, I already love it, just made my formation and put subs in. Really looking forward to this! Will be an absolute no brainer/game changer this for managers especially and the wider community of grass roots.”
Jordan Giles
Manager · East Riding Girls
“The management team log incidents during our games, from goals and assists to tackles and saves. This has been a game changer for us and it allows every boy to celebrate their achievements, no matter what their role.”
Luke
Coach · Kingswood United Arrows
“I only noticed all the analytics the other day. I can't believe the amount of insight you get just from tracking a few events in a game.”
Paul Duffield
Coach · Hessle Rangers

From the playbook
Opinion, tips, lived experience from four seasons in the dugout
Not a five-step guide. Not theory. Just what's worked — and what hasn't — running the Springhead Spartans across four seasons of grassroots football.
Latest: The Fair Play Award. The Spartans won the Hull & District U12 Fair Play Award 2025/26, voted by the opposing coaches across every team in the league. The season reflection on what taking it seriously actually looks like — competitive results, character on the pitch, the principle I've drilled into the lads since they were eight.
Set it up this week. Run a real season on it from August.
Free, no card. The same analytics, the same season archive, whether you're paying or not.
