Terms of Service

The rules of using Trac - kept as simple as possible

The Basics

By using Trac, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Trac Is

Trac is football coaching software that helps you manage fixtures, track matches, and communicate with your team. We provide the tools; you're responsible for how you use them.

Your Account

  • You need to be 18+ to create an account (or have parental permission)
  • Keep your login details secure
  • You're responsible for activity on your account
  • One account per person - no sharing accounts between coaches

Acceptable Use

Use Trac for its intended purpose - managing football teams. Don't:

  • Use it for anything illegal
  • Upload harmful content
  • Try to break or hack the system
  • Pretend to be someone you're not
  • Spam other users

Your Content

You own the data you put into Trac (player info, match data, etc.). We need permission to store and display it to make the service work, but it remains yours.

Paid Plans

  • Prices are as shown on our pricing page
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider
  • You can cancel anytime - no lock-in contracts
  • Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis

Availability

We aim for Trac to be available 24/7, but sometimes things break. We'll fix issues as quickly as we can, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll let you know about significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, but we'll try to resolve issues first where possible.

Liability

We provide Trac 'as is'. While we work hard to make it reliable, we can't be held liable for things outside our control, including data loss (though we do our best to prevent it).

Questions?

If anything here doesn't make sense, get in touch and we'll explain.
