Season Archive

Then comes the season archive.

When the last whistle of the year blows, Trac's wrap-up wizard snapshots the whole season into a permanent record. Seventeen sections, every leaderboard, every outstanding moment, every fixture, frozen forever.

How it happens

You play a season. Trac builds the archive in the background.

Every event you tap during the season goes into a permanent archive table. You don't have to remember to back anything up. You don't have to export. You don't have to remind yourself in May to do the end-of-season write-up.

When the final whistle of the season blows, you open the wrap-up wizard. It takes a couple of minutes. It snapshots every match, every goal, every save, every award, every stat into the archive. The archive sits in its own tables, separate from the live season. Even when you clear last year's fixtures to start a new season, the archive stays exactly as it was.

You can come back in five years and the URL still works.

What's in your season archive

Every section is built from the events you logged across the year. You don't write any of this. You just had a season.

Seventeen sections, all from the same taps

Trophy Cabinet

Major trophies, league finish, season records. The headline page parents remember.

Outstanding Moments

The taps you marked as outstanding during matches. The hat-trick, the last-ditch tackle, the goal-line clearance. Every one of them surfaced.

League

Where you finished. Form guide across the season. Won, drawn, lost, with the visual trail.

Season Leaders

Every leaderboard from the squad tab, frozen at season end. Top scorer, top assist, most influence, top defender.

Player of the Month

August to May, one standout per month. A built-in storyline across the year.

Position Leaders

Primary keeper. Top defenders, midfielders, attackers. The kid you forgot was your starting left-back in September.

Partnerships

Which pairs of players combined for goals. The friendships your tactics were quietly built on.

Unselfish

Pre-assists and goal involvement. The kids who made the team better without ending up on the scoresheet.

Season Stories

Notable moments laid out as a narrative. The 4-0 down comeback. The first clean sheet. The night the floodlights went out.

Shooting

Total shots, on target, conversion rate. By player, by half, by month.

Discipline

Cards across the season, by player. Stays in the archive even if the kid never picks up another one.

Fixture-by-Fixture

Every match, every event, in chronological order. Parents can scroll their kid's whole season.

Squad

Every player who pulled on the shirt this year. Photos, shirt numbers, position, appearance count.

Training

Sessions held, attendance rates, who showed up week after week through January.

Next Season

Roster decisions logged at season end. Who's moving up. Who's leaving. Who you want to bring in.

Manager's Note

Your own end-of-season paragraph. Free text. Goes on the archive page above your name.

A permanent URL

Every archive gets its own URL. Share it with parents. Bookmark it for the kid's leaving present in three years.

Three ways to share it

The season archive isn't a screen you scroll. It's a thing you can hand someone.

Present mode

One section at a time, full screen. Use it at the end-of-season parents night. No slides to build, no laptop to bring. Click Present, hand the phone to the chairman, tap through.

AI Transcript

One button generates a full transcript of the season. Paste into Claude or ChatGPT for awards captions, end-of-season speeches, social posts, the chairman's report.

Print or Save PDF

Print the whole archive as a keepsake booklet for the parents night. Or save the PDF, attach it to the club secretary's report, and you're done.
