How do I create an account?

How do I add my team?
Once you're logged in, create a new team and start adding players. You can invite parents to join once your squad is set up.
Can I import fixtures from my league?
Yes! We support bulk uploads from spreadsheets and FA Full-Time. See our bulk upload guide for details.
How do I invite parents to join?
Each team has a unique join code. Share it with parents and they can connect to see fixtures and confirm availability.
Match Day
How do I log a match?
Open the fixture and tap 'Start Match'. You can log goals, assists, and other events as they happen.
Can I add events after the match?
Yes - you can edit match events anytime. Handy if you were too busy coaching to log everything live.
How do match reports work?
Once you've logged your match events, Trac's AI can generate a written match report automatically. One tap, done.
Account & Billing
Is Trac really free?
Yes. Our free tier includes fixture management, basic match tracking, and parent access. No trial, no credit card required.
How do I upgrade to Coach?
Go to your account settings and choose the Coach plan. You can downgrade anytime if it's not for you.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no minimum terms. Cancel whenever you want.
