Quick answers to the questions coaches ask in week one. If yours isn't here, email us.
Getting started
First-week questions.
Sign up at app.tracbac.club with your email. No card needed. You can be running your first availability request in under 10 minutes.
Once signed in, create a new team. Add your squad by name and shirt number. Invite parents from the same screen, either by sharing a link or entering their emails.
Yes. Open the fixture importer, paste the table from FA Full-Time, confirm. Three minutes for a full season. See how it works or read the step-by-step guide.
Yes. Paste a CSV with date, kick-off, home team, away team, pitch. Or add fixtures one at a time if your season is short.
Each team has a join code. Share it with parents and they can confirm availability without creating an account. If they want the full parent view (fixtures, season stats, training calendar), they can sign in for free.
Match day
Open the fixture, tap Start match. The match logging screen opens with your squad on it. Tap a player, tap an event (goal, save, tackle, shot, sub, outstanding moment). Three seconds per event.
Yes. Open the fixture's match log after full-time and add or edit events. Handy when you were too busy coaching to log everything live.
After full-time, tap Write report. Trac reads your match events and writes a report that names every kid, reflects the score, and ends with the next fixture. Under a minute. See a real example. AI reports are part of Premium, a one-time payment with lifetime access.
Edit it. The report is a draft until you hit publish. Add the dressing-room moment the AI couldn't know about. Trim a paragraph. It's your report.
Yes. Events queue locally and sync when you're back in signal. Useful for back pitches at sports villages where 4G is iffy.
Account and billing
Yes. The free tier covers a full season: squad, fixtures, FA Full-Time import, availability, training, live match logging, player of the match. No card needed. See pricing.
Go to your account settings and choose Premium. One-time payment via Stripe. Once paid, premium is yours forever. No subscription, no renewal.
No. Premium is a one-time payment. There's no subscription to cancel and nothing to renew. Pay once, premium stays on.
If you change your mind within 14 days of paying, message me and I'll refund in full. After that the payment stands, but you keep premium for life.
£5 one-off donation, like Buy Me a Coffee. Doesn't unlock anything. It's just a way to say cheers if Trac saved you time this season. See pricing.
Parents
Two ways. They can tap-to-confirm availability without an account. Or they can sign in for free for the full parent view (fixtures, match reports, training, their kid's season stats). More on the parent side.
No. Trac is a web app that works in any phone browser. Parents can add it to their home screen, but they don't have to.
Their own child's fixtures, availability requests, the latest match report, and training sessions. They don't see other families' data.
Your data
UK-based servers (Supabase EU). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Yes. Export your squad, fixtures, match events, and reports as CSV from account settings. You own your data and you can take it with you.
From account settings. Deleting your account removes your data within 30 days. We keep aggregate, anonymised stats for service health but nothing personally identifiable.
